RESIST DYING WITH FELT (BATIK, PLANGI)
The separation techniques of textile design batik and plangi require a knowledgeable design planning. However, the chance is often a design element. That makes things exciting.
During the course, we will work with felts made from fine merino wool, which should be brought as possible. Small oices in best quality can also be made during the course.
The white or light colored felts are prepared so that lines or areas are separated before coloring.
As a result of the subsequent dyeings are light and dark colors, sometimes over-inking arise. Exciting patterns and beautiful color combinations will be pleased us. Is dyed with natural colors, that give the felt pices an natural harmony.
